Easy Vape Distribution is operational on Business Days from 09:00 to 17:00 (9AM - 5PM), excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 24 hours of placing your order to receive your invoice for payment. Once payment has been made, you will be provided with a Tracking Number to trace your parcel during transportation from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, NSW. Please allow up to 24 hours for your Tracking Number to be updated with its first scan.

Australia Post Cut-off Time*: 11:00 (11AM)

Standard Post Timeframe: 3-7 Business Days

Express Post Timeframe: 1-2 Business Days

 TNT Cut-off Time*: 15:00 (3PM)

Timeframe: 1-3 Business Days

Orders addressed to business locations (excluding rural suburbs) can/will be shipped with TNT.

Orders addressed to residential premises and/or businesses in rural suburbs will be shipped with Australia Post.

* Cut-off Time: Cut-off TImes are for payments made, not order received. Please note that stock checks and payments may delay the order process.

RETURN POLICY

For returns and warranty related issues, please send a detailed e-mail to support@easyvape.com.au including:

• A brief description of the fault
• A short video showing the fault
• A clear photo of 'Batch' and/or 'Serial Number' of product

Please note, if you are unable to determine if a product is genuinely faulty, we are more than happy to talk to your customers about it before you issue a refund or replacement. This, however, does not diminish your responsibilities as the retailer under the ACCC. Refusal of replacements or refunds for genuinely faulty products is illegal.
